19 October Central Election Commission approved the oficial results of the 13th Saeima Elections that took place on 6 October 2018.

There were 843,920 valid ballot envelopes with 839,000 valid ballot papers received in the 13th Saeima elections. 499,632 or 59.6% of all valid ballot papers were changed, i.e., voters had placed „+” marks next to the names of candidates whose election they particularly support and struck out the names of those candidates whose election they do not support.
2,114 voters had chosen to vote with an empty ballot envelope in the 13th Saeima elections that are 0.25% of the total of valid ballot envelopes. Torn ballot papers were found in 96 ballot envelopes, ballot papers of another constituency – in 15 ballot envelopes, but 2,695 voters had put ballot papers of different content in the ballot envelope and for this reason no one of these ballots were taken into account during vote counting.
844,925 or 54.6% of voters participated in the elections, 31,946 or 23.7% of them were voters registered abroad.
